Home Helpers came to the rescue! The need for a support aid is rarely know in advance and it's after an accident or health condition that you need to scramble to find help. My Mom needed 24x7 care after a brief stay in the hospital and Home Helpers was able to find a live-in aid with short notice. The aid was very sweet and caring and could help my Mom with moving around her apartment to avoid a fall as she regained her strength. I highly recommend them for your loved ones!

When dealing with all the trials and tribulations of caring for a sick loved one, working with Home Helpers felt like a miracle! Their expertise, generosity and caring was beyond compare. Everyone we worked with was wonderful. they hire and train an excellent staff of kind, hardworking caregivers. They are so responsive, flexible and committed to providing service that meets the individual needs of your family. Health care these days is such an awful mess but Home Helpers met my husbandu2019s considerable needs with expertise, humor (it helps!) and compassion. I would hire them again in a minute!

I cannot express how fortunate I feel that I chose Home Helpers to provide care for my husband during the last 5 months of his life. I called the owner, Denise, in a panic from the hospital to say that I would need 24x7 care for my husband starting the next day. She assured me that she would be able to provide that service. The 2 caregivers that came were professional and extremely kind and compassionate with my husband. And the rest of the staff that I dealt with were responsive to any of our needs and took a personal interest in the well being of both me and my husband.

Helpers did a great job caring for my mom the past few years. The quality of caregiver was well beyond what I was finding on Care.com, and it was nice to have a supervisor to pass on feedback to. They were very responsive and always had a fill-in available should her regular caregiver have an issue

As my motheru2019s cognition deteriorated, I called Home Helpers. Boy was I glad I did. Not only did they allow me to rest easier, but they actually improved (dramatically) my Motheru2019s emotional well-being. I wish I had brought them in 6 months earlier.nIn the three years that Iu2019ve been using the service, every one of their aides has cared deeply about taking care of my Mom and has practically become family to me. They all have such a great attitude and are willing to do whatever it takes to improve Momu2019s situation.nInevitably, an aide may have a family emergency of their own, and with other agencies, this might mean needing to take off work to be the emergency caregiver. But the supervisors at Home Helpers are also experienced aides that pitch in wherever needed in these situations. They are awesome and the whole office staff has been amazing.
