Nothing urgent about this place. 3.5 hours and still waiting. Two hours waiting to get triaged then another hour to be called back in. Now been waiting for discharge papers. Staff complaining about the IT department updating software previous night, which is telling about the entire organization running a software updates midweek. The c-suite management of this hospital has destroyed anything of value this place once had which is why no one wants to work for the organization and wait times are atrocious. Go elsewhere and get better care.

Absolutely disgusting. 2+ hour wait and still never saw a provider. Concord Hospital corporation is a joke on the New Hampshire health system. Leadership should be disbanded and the Concord Hospital System should be dissolved.

Today is December 19 th,2024,My wife has an earache and she is hurting,so we fill out all the forms,We have good insurance, now mind you my wife has been to Urgent care at least 7 times in the last year and never had a problem with insurance covering the cost,Well we get called up and Abby the medial receptionist explains to us that the medical Administrater is implementing new rules and just in case insurance doesn't cover the cost urgent care wants a credit card or bank card as a back up plan....it sounds like to me that if you don't submitt a credit card or some type of payment plan, you won't be seen,My wife sat for 30 minutes in pain with tears in her eyes because of her earache, waiting on Abby the medical receptionist to contact The administrator for permission to treat my wife because we wouldn't submitt a back up plan...Now mind you been here 7 times in the last year, not once did our insurance refuse to cover the cost....THIS SOUNDS LIKE DESCRIMANATION TO A POOR PERSON....After about 30 minutes they treated my wife, the nurses and staff in the back are very good The administrator needs to get there act together and stop with there discrimination .....

Had to go there on a Saturday and it was extremely busy. Staff kept apologizing for the wait but it was not that bad. On person, Dawn, not only very efficient but still had a wonderful sense of humor. Hard to do at the end of a day when you have had emergencies that had to go to the hospital as well as seeing other walk ins. So glad these people are here!!

I have been twice - one with my daughter after a ski injury & myself for cold symptoms. I was very pleased with the wait times (very short) & the care I received. However, they use deceptive billing practices here. I work in healthcare & made sure to verify I was going to an in-network urgent care so that I would only be responsible for my $50 copay. Instead of just billing one code for the visit to the insurance they billed two codes. On the billing statement these come up as urgent care & pro fee/ER. The urgent care charge is not covered by insurance & was $120 while the pro-fee/ER charge was my $50 copay. So while I believed this visit was only going to be $50 for a cold symptom visit, with the extra charge it ended up being $170. I tried to call & discuss with billing but got nowhere - said this is how we do all of our billing - there is a doctor fee & a facility fee. There is no mention of this on their website or when you check in that I noticed. I don't blame my insurance for not covering as they did cover it - just not the extra charge that they decided to bill.I have since gone to ConvenientMD with no issues - just a $50 copay as expected. I will not being returning to this urgent care due to their deceptive billing practices.
