Problems hearing, ear wax build up in both ears. Dr. Brad Williams diagnosed the problem very quickly. Master RN Technician Ryan Masterson successfully removed wax in both ears. Iu2019d like to recognize Mr. Ryan for his service. He was able to strategically get the wax out. The friendly staff were quick to get me in. The preliminary nurse who asked the standard questions prior to seeing the doctor was friendly as well. 5 stars for this Velocity Care Clinic.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The doctor I saw was EXTREMELY rude, then proceeded to yell out to the nurses station my personal medical information in an attempt to embarrass me. Straight up unprofessional and rude. The doctor I went to after was completely different, explained what he had to do and why, in a manner that did not belittle my intelligence nor make me feel extremely uncomfortable about him treating me AND in an actually busy ER. I truly believe this doctor does not deserve to continue practicing, this was the most outrageous experience Iu2019ve had in a doctoru2019s office in a while and according to the majority in these reviews they have experienced the same. Garbage medical advice, treatment, diagnosis, and bedside manner. I wish I could provide more details about what exactly was said but I donu2019t want to get something wrong seeing as my visit was a couple of months ago.

Have taken my parents to them for years. And tonight my mother had a issue going on and I remember they use to be open till 11 and when we get here they say that there at full capacity and there's like 10 people waiting in rooms. And he said that they close at 8.nnWell to start the door that you go into has no hours on the doors and also the man in there was very rude and just like he didn't care. And plus also he said all these people waiting or in there. The parking lot was empty including my vehicle only 3 vehicles. Will not be coming back to her no more.

Took hubby here a couple of weeks ago. Dr. Coates is fantastic and so was the entire staff! Hubby got lots better! However, I went there a couple days ago and saw an NP. Absolutely awful experience. Saved a spot online for noon, checked in before 12, sat in the waiting room (we were the only ones), taken back after a few minutes, then proceeded to wait and wait and wait. After 20 minutes I asked if we would be seen, they said we were next. Waited another 15 minutes, told we would be next. Finally after waiting a total of 45 minutes I decided to leave. Spoke with the manager who basically dismissed us saying they were busy even though my eyeballs did not see that being the case at all. Have never had to wait so long. No one was in a mood to assist us so we left to give our money to someone else. Two thumbs down.
