Dr. Joe Torres is the worst doctor you can go to. Heu2019s a very arrogant, self-centric person who couldnu2019t even order a proper urinalysis test in order to rule out a simple UTI that couldu2019ve been prevented from getting worse if he did his job in the first place. Knew about proper treatment for my cause and he still prescribed one single pill when I needed a treatment of 5. In order for me to keep going back and paying to see how useless he was. I hope he rots in hell and he shouldnu2019t even be a doctor if he canu2019t do these simple steps.

ladies at the front desk are rude and show attitude for no reason. wrote wrong information on my papers such as date of birth, wait times are excessive over an hour waiting in the private room. Went to pick up some paper work and wasnu2019t even done- the one old chubby lady is rude and yells out the problems you have as well as making various facial expressions.nDuring the height and weight check the MAu2019s walk in like nothing after 1-2 knocks.nOverall donu2019t come here and save yourself some time and stress.

Dr. Alvarez and NP Joe are the best. Great service from the MAs at the truxtun location and Shafter. The wait times are tolerable and expected like any doctors office.
