DO NOT go to this place !!! This clinic is being operated by the Doctor Medranou2019s wife. His spouse is not an n RN or an LVN, she is a medical assistant and does whatever she wants. This place is by far the WORST PLACE to go to here in Edinburg. I recently had a went to see doctor bc I had right side abdominal pain. This was my 2nd time going in for the same issue. We were already in the final phase for Dr. to order an ultrasound, but instead he gave me pain medication again doctor recommends tynelol. I asked for an ultrasound to find the source of the pain, not mask it and Doctor straight up said no. When I asked why not, he said u201c because I just donu2019t want to u201c He was very sarcastic and unprofessional. I requested my chart to go elsewhere and he says u201c I canu2019t give you your chart todayu201d I asked what the reasoning behind denying a patient their chart was he told me u201cIm not putting my wife to worku201d if he doesnu2019t care for her to work then who is actually working???? I would be very weary of this place if youu2019re an existing patient because the woman working under the doctor that goes by u201c Crisu201d is not even qualified to perform many tasks she does. I would find another doctor asap that operates the way an actual clinic should.nAVOID THIS PLACE!

My mom is almost 80 y/o and she walked in to this office last week. The woman working behind the counter was aggressive, hostile and extra unfriendly. She did everything she could to keep my elderly mother from even making an appointment just because my mom couldn't come up with any symptoms. MY MOM JUST NEEDS A DOCTOR!!! She is elderly and has various conditions that require a Dr, but the woman-worker JUST DIDN'T CARE!!! We quickly walked out in fear. She walked in to make an appointment, but as often happens; the Doctor may be highly rated, but the office staff is working hard to keep potential patients from being treated.

I went with Dr Medrano on 4/26/22 . He was so attentive and his nurse Chis was so wonderful they made me feel so comfortable and there really wasn't a long wait . Dr. Medrano explained everything clearly and he also took the time him self to take down all of my medical history him self . He even asked me to keep him and his office up to date on how I was feeling and if there was any change

This office is ran by Dr Medrano and his wife Chris. They are too small, not knowledgeable or have customer service skills to be dealing with a large volume of patients. You would think that because I personally picked them as my doctor, they would provide me medical attention. But I was turned away because of a policy that was never explained to me. A policy that is not stated anywhere in their office. They didnu2019t even try to help me or provide alternatives. They try to train new girls in the front but nothing can be up to par with how Chris does it on her own (but again large volume, she needs help).The girl in the front that day was so stupid but no one wanted to own up to her mistake. Never coming here again.

When I visited this office was told by front staff that my insurance was going to be checked but until Monday and that for now I had to pay $150. I told the lady my copay amount is written on the card. Lady said I had to pay $150. I asked if I would be reimbursed she said no. Needless to say, waste of time. You are better off going to RGV Urgent Care Clinic located at 3502 W Alberta Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539. RGV UC gets you in and out in about 30 minutes, are very respectful and caring.
