The blood work service is very very slow. The report takes quite some time to come. Donu2019t even know when and how it will get updated. Hopefully the process after report goes smoothly. Will see the remaining service and decide weather rating needs to be changed.

Very friendly nurses and staff! I actually felt a little bit nervous about blood test because I didnu2019t sleep well yesterday. But the nurse asked me about my life and talked about her meal preferences with me like an old friend, which eased all of my worries in seconds. I even felt better after the blood and urine test. What a great bunch of employees this office has. Always a joy talking to Nadira at the front desk. A great smile no matter what time of day it is.nnThen there is the perfect nurse Mr Tony. He is beyond excellent at giving B12 shots. u00a0I shudder to go to anyone else for it. He is the kindest, caring, and u00a0is perfect at his job.

I came here because there were so many great reviews for this facility. All I needed was a normal annual so I could get my BC prescription refilled. She ordered bloodwork (which I've had covered under a normal annual at other places), so I didn't suspect anything. But then the bloodwork included tests that weren't covered by my insurance so I had a bill. All I needed was an annual. I was specific about that, all I needed was BC. I felt tricked because they just tacked on extra tests I didn't need.
