I had a very positive experience here.nI went in with sudden and severe pain in my right shoulder. The pain was so intense that I couldnu2019t even fill out the intake form myself. The front desk staff kindly understood my situation and told me I only needed to sign it, which made me feel truly cared for.nThe environment was exceptionally clean and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. What impressed me the most was how attentive and patient the medical team was. They listened carefully to my symptoms and took the time to explain the treatment plan and medication instructions in detail.nI truly appreciated their professionalism and compassion. Highly recommended!

Five stars every time I have been! I have been several times when my own doctoru2019s office wouldnu2019t do anything to help me and they always do! My child and I have both needed to be seen and they work us in and take care of us quickly. We have always been treated fantastic and they are excellent at explaining what is wrong and why they are giving what they give to make it better. My go-to place!

The office was very clean and welcoming upon entering. The receptionist was nice as well. The wait time wasnu2019t terrible for the time of day I was there. Once I got back to the room, the nurse and provider both were very professional and attentive. I didnu2019t feel as if they were trying to rush. I will definitely go back if I ever need to use an urgent care in the future.

The Nurse Practitioner who saw me today was very professional and compassionate, she took the time to understand my concerns and offer helpful advice in order for me to get well quickly. Also the gentleman nurse was great as well!

The staff was very nice and helpful. However, we waited in our room for an hour and a half before the doctor came in. She was there maybe two minutes and said she would be back. Forty five minutes later she came back in, left again and did not return for another fifteen minutes. They did finally help my mom, and were very good at what they did, but the wait was ridiculous!
