Clean, modern, community-oriented Urgent Care. Front desk and nurse were professional and friendly. Lily Wilson FNP was kind, calm, and understanding. A large, open kids space, coffee / water offerings in the waiting room, and table with teacher supplies, all complemented the holiday decorations to make the first impression impressive! I recommend this place.

10 out of 10 they deserve magnet status with the greatness they have in Dr.L and staff she was fierce and no nonsense I had messed my finger up pretty bad and her cool calm and confident demeanor helped ease the pain for what I was about to experience. Great staff who are friendly and have a very personal touch. Much better visit than my last with my grandson. Practitioners were freindly but professional. I don't like needles and they were very good at distracting me! Got me stitched up and on my way!

As soon as you enter this Urgent Care you feel cared about. When you are sick and not feeling well you want to be seen asap. The staff here really does their jobs. I drove from another town just to go to this Urgent Care in Biscoe, NC takes about 20 minutes. Well worth it! The doctor is professional and caring. Great medical experience.
