This place was a solid 10 out of 10! From the moment I scheduled my appointment online until the moment I was walking out the door. Every person was super nice and helpful. The provider was patient and caring, she tried her best to help make me feel better. I will definitely be going back again. Also, the kids waiting room was absolutely ADORABLE!!! Your littles will love it.

They were able to see me earlier than my appointment time. The staff were all so nice. I was in and out in less than an hour. Iu2019ve been to quite a few urgent cares in my life (I have young kiddos), and I am normally there for more than 3 hours each time. The doctor was amazing too. She helped me with my issue and was able to see that my headaches were due to allergies on top of what I was originally coming in for. Iu2019ve never had allergies in my life but the constant headaches were from fluids in my ears. I was worried Iu2019d have to come back with a different appointment for just that. Iu2019m so impressed and so happy I came here. We live close so best believe we are all coming here for any urgent care needs.

This Urgent Care is amazing Sat at Cape Fear emergency for 8 hours. I was attacked by a pitbull and I had very very bad cuts I had one that was really bad on the front of my forehead and one on the side the ladies in this office are absolutely amazing they make you feel absolutely comfortable and they take you and get you back there as quick as possible the lady at the front desk was amazing and very helpful everyone in there is great. I would recommend anyone to this Urgent Care they are very good at what they do and they make you feel completely comfortable I had to go back today tonget my stitches out and I had a great experience as well I would recommend this to anyone and I thank Carolina Quick Care for helping me.

The staff there is amazing the Dr is awesome I love that I always see the same Dr. This office is best experience I've had with any quick place love this one everyone is always friendly and caring and they don't rush u out. Amazing Drs and nurses. You guys are amazing.Thank you

Iu2019m from out of state and had an emergency medical condition. I quickly googled urgent care near me and a few popped upu2014-obviously I would choose the closest with the higher rating. This one was a bit further from me but the higher rating is what sealed it. From the front reception to the nursing staff and the doctor, it was clear they were caring, competent and knowledgeable. Though I could not receive diagnosis and treatment at this practice due to the type of condition, the doctor took the time to find the appropriate facility, called them to inform them of my situation and sent me directly there. That practice knew I was coming and immediately got me in to see the doctor where I was diagnosed and given a prescription.nI wish I could remember names, but they ALL were so great! Thank you so much.
