Please make the hours of the lab more visible. This was my second visit to the office and my first visit that I anticipated getting blood work done. I went to the lab after my visit today to have blood work done and was told by the lab tech that she had closed 8 minutes prior at 3:30. When I told her I had been fasting to have my blood work done she still refused to draw my blood. She told me I could drive to another location at Riverstone. It would have been nice to know the lab is only open 7am to 3:30pm even though the office is open until 5pm.

Nice people, very efficient blood draw (totally painless) and social distancing waiting room. There was a hiccup when the nurse wrote my weight down wrong, and at the last visit couldn't get her Oximeter to work properly, but other than that everything good.

I have no idea what the 1 stars are about. That being said Katherine Castillo was awesome. And so was the medical staff/nurse. Super friendly, attentive, listened to my concerns etc. FNP Castillo listened to my complaints and sent referrals and got some labs for me to do without any hesitation or fights. Usually other doctors (especially male doctors) tend to dismiss us women and our hormonal issues. I was in search of someone new and I finally found her! ud83dudc9c Iu2019m keeping her, I hope she stays for a while haha ud83dude06

I have been getting care from Cynthia Diaz for several years now! This is one of the Providers Office who really care and take the time to listen to the patient and give top quality care! Cynthia Diaz is a very rare Provider, she is always top notch and my care is a priority to her. The whole staff is very helpful and friendly and I would recommend Cynthia to anyone who needs a top quality Provider! Thank You Carondelet Northwest for excellent care time after time!!!
