The in person experience was great. Everyone there was nice and very helpful. The X-ray technician Sherry was great, as well as Amy and Zane. I would absolutely go back if I ever needed it.However, when I called the number listed on my insurance's website, the phone number listed on Google, the phone number listed on their website, not one time was the phone answered. I was calling to find out if they had the ability to do X-rays. Nobody answered. Also, when you call it says they're hours of operation are Monday- Friday, so I really thought they wouldn't be open. I decided I would just drive over and find out.Now it's 3 days after we were seen and I can't get ahold of anyone again to get our imaging and medical records transferred for the follow up care. I've pressed the buttons for billing too thinking surely, the billing people will answer for money. Nothing.So, aside from the communication issues and purely focusing on the medical attention provided, it was really great.I highly suggest you get all your medical records and future communication setup before you leave the building.

Never had anything but the best of care at this facility. I love the staff and providers. The time they spend to hear any concerns and ensure they can get the right treatment is so helpful. My primary isn't in Carson so it's not always easy to get a same day appointment. This is where I come when I need answers to know how to proceed at home and before returning to normal life. Seeing smiling faces even when I feel horrible helps. Definitely much better and faster than going to the ER, more comfortable too. I don't recommend getting sick, but in the event you do if your insurance allows and you can't see your primary care, I recommend CTH Urgent Care.

We had a really great experience here. Walked in and only waited five minutes before being seen. Special thanks to Kane who is an amazing PA! Professional, calm, sympathetic, and super knowledgeable. I can't thank him enough for making us feel at ease and sharing his wealth of knowledge with us. We owe him one for sure :)

If I could give ZERO stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. IN MY OPINION they fraudulently bill insurance. I am a health insurance broker for 24 years and they billed the urgent care claim as outpatient hospital which means that it went to our deductible. I spent about 10 hours going to their location asking to talk to a supervisor (nobody would talk to me), emailing and calling Elizabeth Kelly a billing supervisor and appealing the claim with Anthem. Today Anthem called me and said they talked this office and the supervisor admitted that they billed it as outpatient hospital and they could not change it. Anthem submitted an internal adjustment so hopefully the bill is finally going to be paid and my urgent care copay will apply but it should not be this difficult. I would NEVER return this this facility and I would never suggest anyone else does.
