Got referred here a few years ago for nothing. Possible torn rotator cuff (A SOFT TISSUE INJURY!!!) And was given an xray. Thanks a lot to the geniuses for never actually diagnosing or helping me and doing your job correctly and causing me to have to deal with pain and inflammation for many years. I went in do have an Endoscopy and the process was quick and easy. My nurse when I got there was so friendly and amazing! She constantly made sure I was comfortable while waiting to go back and definitely helped with my nerves. Every step was explained to me before it was done. When I woke up I had a funny taste in my mouth and my recovery nurse was helpful by getting me some juice. She also explained everything to my husband and myself about discharge. Everyone there was super friendly and the facility was clean!

I went here to see Dr Guirgues for cervical surgery and he was great and his staff was great and the surgery was done at the hospital and all the nurses there were all very nice. But from the beginning of the process the people working at the front desk registration at the center for surgery were the most unprofessional, condescending and just downright rude bunch I have ever had to deal with. It is very obvious that they hate their jobs and love talking down to older folks and treating them like little children. I will never go to this place again as it is the worst treatment I have ever received from a medical establishment.

The staff at this facility are both professional and personable. I believed I was in good hands from check-in to check-out. I had an additional surprise when I received a post-procedure call. That was AWESOME!!! It definitely gave me the warm and fuzzy!!! I can most assuredly recommend based on my own experience-this is a good medical facility! If I need any other in-out type of procedure I believe this will be one of the first facilities I consider.

Front desk staff was very nice. Prep and recovery room was very nice and caring. OR staff was very considerate of my acid reflux and laid me with an incline for my surgery. Thank you. A recommendation: If there is an out of town patient please consider leaving them in recover for an extra half hour. I had to vomit along side the road 3 times on the way home.
