The hours posted by this location are lies. Claims that their urgent care will be open until 8 PM, later than virtually every other UC in the area, lead people to come here fairly late, only to be then told that the doctors have decided to stop seeing patients *two hours early* . This has happened to me, personally, on FOUR occasions.nnDo not trust the hours they give you. You will be disappointed and have to deal with your case being untreated for at least one night, unless you want to go to the ER.

So if your urgent care closes at 8 pm why are you turning patients away at 7 pm and there are no patients in the waiting room. 2 medical assistants are sitting in the hallway on their computers so obviously they are not busy and by the way never acknowledged we were standing there and the front office person is outside visiting with someone in the parking lot and runs in and says weu2019re not taking any more patients. I mean I work in a similar field they do and I know they just wanted to go home. Iu2019m so tired of such crappy patient care in this town!

I'm not too sure why this place has a less than perfect rating. I have always had great care here and not usually a long wait time. I actually prefer this urgent care over ANY other urgent care in Merced county. I have been here for a wide range of medical issues, from being sick to having stitches in my leg, they are always great here! IMO.

Nurses like to gossip!! Extremely loud about other patients. Overall dirty. Watched them take multiple people in the same room without cleaning it in between, when everyone that went in there was hacking up a lung and was super sick. Wouldnu2019t go again. Wouldnu2019t recommend.

I went to Gladys Cooksey to find out why I was constantly having dizzy spells. She had no answer. Later, another doctor found out I have type 2 diabetes. She wasted my time and never thought to check my sugar. I don't recommend this health care provider. Big thumbs down.
