Every time I go to Castle Adventist it's always a good experience even though sometimes I go there for not so good reasons. It's always pleasant and helpful staff members that continue to make it better for you and want you to know that they are there to help. Recently went to an appointment for woman's Pali Group health and of course staff was friendly and made everything comfortable and quick. It's a great hospital with great staff.

The staff and doctor (DO James Jones) are outstanding! Front office personnel are friendly and very professional. The doctors bedside manner is awesome, a real person who cares and asked all the right questions, while addressing all of my concerns.

Shout out to the quality care of the ER team, especially on a Friday afternoon. Everybody was super professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. No one wants to go to ER but, if you end up here, they'll take great care of you.

When in for my Mammogram. First time at Castle. Amazing! I didn't have to wait too long. The team there made everything run smooth and easy. Very informative. I didnu2019t have much questions for them as they answered everything before I even had to ask. I wish I could remember the radiology techs name. She was amazing and I even got chocolate waffles after my appointment. Yummy! See you next year!!
