I cannot thank Castle Pines Urgent Care enough. I was visiting my daughter from Texas. Unfortunately, I ate some Chinese take-out that made me violently ill. I got into the clinic quickly and was treated very well by a kind, compassionate staff. I wish I could remember the names of the people who helped me. Everyone was kind, specifically the very cool, heavily tattooed man.nThanks again!

Two visits in two weeks for different reasons. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the docs and nurses are professional and thorough. There is never a long wait and you can easily make an appointment if youu2019d like. Highly recommend if you have that non-emergency.

Went in yesterday for high fever, body aches, sore throat, and sensitive red blisters on my hands. After running strep, flu and Covid, all negative, my doctor prescribed me antibiotics. For what? They didnu2019t find out what I had and automatically gave me an antibiotic to treat a bacterial infection I didnu2019t even have. This doctor told me to take it twice a day for ten days and if my symptoms didnu2019t go away in two to three days, then I would go to a pediatrician. I went to the pediatrician later that day where my doctor immediately diagnosed my symptoms as hand, foot, mouth disease, which is not treatable with antibiotics. Iu2019m glad I didnu2019t pick up the antibiotics because they wouldu2019ve done nothing for the symptoms that I have already had for a week. Even my doctor was surprised when I wasnu2019t diagnosed with hand, foot, and mouth at the Urgent Care because it was very evident when you put the symptoms together. Yet, my urgent care doctor only put u201cpatient thinks it could be hand, foot, mouth diseaseu201d while my pediatrician didnu2019t have to run any tests to figure that out. Not surprised since most doctors are just trying to sell you a drug and get you out nowadays but Iu2019m not impressed with how they gave me no answer to why I feel so crappy and an antibiotic to u201ccureu201d this unknown disease.

CPUC has been a great resource for our community. Today (5/23/25) I visited to address a possible sinus infection. The staff was very pleasant, the wait time reasonable and I believe Iu2019m now on the mend. Iu2019m glad to have this practice so close to home.
