Been going to the Doctor Center since 2011 never had an issue. I was joking that me and Dr. Thomas Nguyen Weu2019ve getting old together in the past 14 years but recently, I havenu2019t been able to see him going on two months already and Iu2019ve had none of my medicationu2019s refilled. Iu2019m praying that all is well with him I have spoken to staff and they wonu2019t give me no information as to when heu2019s actually coming back my understanding heu2019s not returning until May and that is very concerning to me because I need my meds refilled for my pain and my anxiety Other than that, my doctor has been an excellent doctor. Heu2019s always been a doctor of my choice and I hope to see him soon. Best wishes the Doctor Center is very caring. The staff is very patient and weu2019ve come to know each other throughout the years and I would love to continue going back to the Doctor Center for my treatment.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I found it as in network on my insurance app and it didnu2019t look very crowded and I badly hurt my pinky toe/foot the day prior. It took over an hour to get called back. In fact when I signed in there was one other person waiting and she was called in and left before I was ever called back. Then got to the room and showed the triage girl my foot and told her what happened. She immediately said oh our xray people leave shortly and left the room. I heard them talking about me for 30 mins. Everything from if I was even there for my injury to did I really need an xray. They didnu2019t want to bother the doctor to get a diagnosis code to put in for xray. They said my name, how I was injured, the triage person was like I saw it she needs an xray another one was saying well that lady just wants an xray. On and on for 30 mins then another girl was like look xray was supposed to leave already just tell her she had to pay for the xray. She came in said you have a deductible to get an xray itu2019s $130 do you want to pay or not? I have had the exact same insurance for 2 years now and had 2 other injuries in that time and never had an urgent care charge me for an xray. I told her nope, I just heard the offices entire conversation Iu2019ve now been here nearly 2 hoursu2026go ahead and let your xray person leave and give me back my copay. I waited another 20 mins for the front office to get refund approval and she couldnu2019t even figure out how to refund me properly and ended up stealing $5 from me because she apparently canu2019t add. It was a horrible experience, I could have driven to TLC on calallen been seen and gotten back in the time it took to just be triaged at this place.

The Doctors Center is an awesome facility. The doctors and staff are a highly motivated patient-centered team who ensures that each patient gets the required attention they deserve in an effective and efficient manner. Highly recommend if using VA medical for urgent care.

It was close to closing time but I had a dog bite . They said they couldnu2019t see me without approval even after explaining my work did not offer workers compensation . Then said that I needed to pay out of pocket after explaining multiple times I was an independent contractor with my own personal insurance . Staff was very rude and I took my business elsewhere and was seen with no issues ! Avoid this place and go with another company that actually cares about their patients .

The check-in was easy, and the wait was minimal. The NP, Jessica, was excellent and answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend The Doctors Center to all my friends and family.
