Thankful for this emergency center. Staff are extremely kind and compassionate. Dr. Peebles is very compassionate, listens intently, and validates what you are feeling not only physically but emotionally. He is an excellent physician. Wait time is minimal and they are very efficient to get you evaluated and feeling better. This is the only place I will go!

I cut my finger this weekend while doing some food prep. Right after it happens, I went to care now. I was greeted with a u201cWhat do you need?u201d When they told me it would be an hour wait I decided not to stay. The next day I went to complete care in Southlake and it was great with a warm smile and a u201chow can we help you?u201d My nurse Carol was wonderful and Dr. church was wonderful as well. I was in and out quickly. The facilities are clean. The staff is kind and I highly recommend this place if you are needing urgent care!!!

The facilities are always clean, fresh, and quiet. The staff is excellent, and the doctors and nurses are always caring and knowledgeable. The costs stay the same from when you check out to when you get your insurance billsu2014there are never any added or hidden fees/costs. It's a great place. I highly recommend it.

Every single associate was exceptional. The Dr. the staff were polite accommodating professional thorough.nThe equipment was top tier. I came in feeling poorly like a cold or flu and with heavy sinus congestion.nI had a scheduled international flight in 2 days so I required to feel better.nThe tests confirmed I had neither flu nor covid, I had an examination by Dr. Jeff, an X-ray a shot, Prescriptions for me and in an hour I was in the way to the pharmacy.n2 days later I feel much better for my trip tomorrow.
