This review is bias because I typically get my Covid tests at Beaumont Urgent Care (BU) in Grosse Pointe. This place pales in comparison to BU. The staff are rude in their tone and are very sassy. It is not as clean as the BU. The wait is longer here. After filling out registration online, including uploading my license and insurance card, they made me fill out more documents. They throw you a clip board and pen (which has not been sanitized and that they touch). At BU they have two separate areas for clipboards and pens (one for the sanitized and the other for non-sanitized). This place need to be in the ghetto somewhere as opposed to Royal Oak. I hate I had to experience this. I only came here because it was convenient to my hectic schedule today. If you can go somewhere else, and you are not in the mood to deal with sassy attitudes in a dingy looking place, then I strongly urge you to do so.

The BEST experience Iu2019ve ever had at an urgent care from the moment that I walked in the door. There was one Medical Technician on staff that evening and she checked me in to the system, and got me back for my vitals within five minutes. She was kind, friendly and helpful. I saw PA-C Ryan Hensley, and he addressed my issue thoroughly, ensured that I was able to get my medication from a pharmacy that was open at that late hour. I will only come here for any of my urgent care needs. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I came to the office after i fell on the ice and thought i broke my wrist. Everyone was very friendly and i was taken very fast. I was in the office maybe a total of 30 minutes. X-rays weu2019re super fast and i was very impressed with this office- since it was my first visit. I highly recommend coming here for minor emergencies. If i would have went to an ER i would have probably waited 4x what i did. Office was very clean and masks were required upon entry. The PA Jennifer was very informative and knowledgeable. The office staff knew i was in pain and were very gentle while taking my vitals. I hope to not have to come back- but if i needed to i would.

Cut my leg at work on a Sunday at 6pm.nThey were open until 8pm. I walked in at 6:30 and was greeted by a very nice receptionist who was very helpful with my paperwork. Then another very nice medical assistant escorted me to a room and eased my worries about my fear of getting stitches. The doctor was very calm and reassuring as she gave me several baby shots of lidocaine and then neatly sewed 8 stitches in my leg. I didn't feel a thing. I highly recommend this urgent care because the people that work here are down to earth and actually listen to your concerns.

Walk-in was easy, short wait right before a holiday. Staff was friendly and caring. They did X-rays, ran quick tests and called in prescriptions. Highly recommend! I very much appreciate the staff getting back in the path to wellness!
