I've been to this walk in a few times and I've had mixed experiences. The first time i had a good experience, walked right in, the man who took my vitals was very nice and pleasant. The doctor saw me in a timely manner and I left very satisfied. I stopped in a second time and there were 3 people in the waiting room waiting to be seen. As soon as I walked in a very rude dark haired woman snarled UGH another one! Take a seat it's gonna be a while. Terrible service. Needless to say my parents had a similar experience with the same woman 2 weeks ago who told them to have a seat and took people who came in after them first. Nothing like already feeling awful to have somebody make you feel like a nuisance to their day. I like the doctor there but unfortunately he loses my business due to the terrible customer service of his colleagues. Side note: if they read this and they aren't sure which employee is losing their customers the date I tried to visit was 3/27/17 at 3:30pm.

I have to say you can not always go by bad reviews at all. I have been with Anthony for more then 25 years and my family also goes here, listens and cares and He doesnu2019t only prescribe medication he gets to the bottom of it and he stays on top of the issue. My son has kidney failure stage 5 and he is a great support and doctor. Donu2019t always judge someone based on reviews. This is a lesson learn I go to the East Greenwich office I am in and out love it here Hi to Anthony,Rose and Pat and staff. I appreciate you guys I love you guys thank you so much for your support and your service which is on and beyond especially days like now

I cut myself and needed stitches. I arrived at 2:10pm and they were closed at 2:00pm. They saw that I needed stitches and let me in. The doc did the stitches quickly and painlessly. The doctor was professional and kind. I also had the pleasure of working with nurse Rose who was funny and helpful. It was an amazing experience and I have nothing but positive things to say!

I brought my husband in with a head injury last Friday night. They couldn't find the stable instrument for stitches. The doctor, who seemed competent, kept asking the nurse to bring him the peroxide as he was going to do it the old fashioned way and when I came around the corner the nurse said, under her breath, we don't have any peroxide! What kind of emergency room doesn't have peroxide. So needless to say they did not stitch him up and sent him to RI Hospital. Last year I had to go there for a tick bite there was nobody there. I was sitting in the room waiting to be seen and was listening to a conversation the Dr was having with a nurse about painting her apartment and the F bombs were flying. I waited for 20 minutes and finally looked out the door. The nurse and I made eye contact so she must have told the dr so she came in then. And I new I didn't have to pay a copay at that visit because I met my deductible but they wouldn't believe me so I paid it and sure enough they had to refund it to me. I had to call the billing dept several time and it took me two months to get it back and they were rude! Two strikes and your out! I will never go there again.

Iu2019ve gone here multiple times for different health reasons and Iu2019ve always had a great experience. The doctors and nurses are always so attentive and friendly and theyu2019ve always figured out a solution to my problem. I canu2019t speak for anyone eles but I would definitely recommend this urgent care over others in the state, and Iu2019ve been to a lot of them over the years. Ive never been there more than an 1hr or 2 and sometimes less than that and Iu2019ve never had to sit in the waiting room longer than 20min.If your looking for a clean, friendly, medically equipped urgent care then this is the place to go!
