Quick, professional and friendly service. 10-10 would recommend.nnDespite it being late in the day, these ladies made a personal effort to care for my daughter (18mo). After being put off by our pediatrician, the ladies at Center Pointe performed a quick assessment and helped to get my daughter proper medication, even providing some u201cmotherly adviceu201d as to how to treat some of the symptoms she was experiencing.nnI am grateful for their compassion and attention to detail. We will be back the next time we are in need!

This place was the absolute best urgent care I have been to in Mooresville. We were in and out in no time. They were so sweet and caring. They listen to all our problems and actually did something about it rather then just tell me my daughter had a cold and just give her over-the-counter comfort meds and that's it but charge my insurance for a visit. They actually gave us what we needed to get my baby girl all better. Not only was she sick but momma found out she was sick to and needed a antibiotic. So thank you so much everyone there that was so helpful and so sweet to us! My family Will definitely be back. They even called me the next morning and checked on us !! ud83eudd70 How sweet is that. I have never had a urgent care call me the next day and ask how we are doing! They are for sure a 10/10 family owned and operated business and I definitely recommend them for any of your urgent needs. ud83dude0a

Highly recommend Center Pointe Urgent Care! We got in quickly with no hassle and were seen in an efficient timeframe. They checked my husband out and found the issue causing the problem. Sent out prescription and by the time we got to the pharmacy it was ready for pick up. If youu2019re looking for a place to go that works with your schedule, with the added benefit of staff that is amazing then this is the place to go!

Convenient location right next door to Aldi. Large comfortable waiting area. Short wait time. Down to earth and helpful owner and staff. I have been twice and received very good service and care. I was also allowed to call for an additional prescription when an infection had not completely cleared from the first round of meds. I really appreciated not having to come back in personally when it was freezing out and right before Christmas preparing for the holiday. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.
