I've been with these people for ab a year now and the women at the front desk can be nice. The workers are good but sometimes seem to be unprepared and messy. They also seem to make many people wait for unnecessarily large amounts of time for a prescription or something as easy as an answer.Dr. Aguolu is a nice and great man who gets me referrals for my health! One Asian guy who does X-Rays here seems rude and impatiently lets us know that he does not care for us. He does get the job done and allows us to take pictures of our X-Rays but he's only doing it for the money.I'm still a rookie to the real world and don't know much ab health care and insurance etc. but a main problem is waiting as well as workers forgetting to send a call or text.Edit:The receptionist has been rude to me many times. I got disconnected last time and it was not the 1st. I'd say I've felt screwed over at least 13 times now after coming here. I don't understand how I could have received proper care when promised voicemails/ texts were FORGOTTEN or sent days late, voicemails received were cut off, referral authorization numbers were declined, prescription papers were not signed properly multiple times, and getting told they will do it for you before I had to explain myself to other receptionists AND go back and forth because they did not do their job.

This has to be the worst clinic ever. The nurses and front desk employees are rude and donu2019t know what there doing, when it comes to issuing prescriptions. The clinic is unclean bathrooms are horrible. The doctors seem sketchy. Good luck on getting prescriptions refilled no one there seems to want to do it. This is a real ghetto clinic, should be shut down. Waiting room and facilities have a 3rd world country feel to it. Patients beware. I would really give this zero stars if I could. Later a-holes Iu2019m switching doctors ASAP.

From the incredibly rude ladies at the front desk practicing medicine, the doctor who, while he is a very nice person when you finally meet him, plays Hide and go Seek, to the Nurse practitioners who's best advice is go do your research, this place reeks of incompetence whose only mission is to get your insurance money. When I first came to this office, they run a full gambit of tests, from ultrasound to EKG, to a procedure that checks blood flow throughout your body. Great! I thought. They must really emphasize comprehensive health care. This thought lasted right up to the point that it was time to get the results (another visit and wait just to have a nurse practitioner read the results). Overall a clean bill of health, there were a couple areas the test results would suggest I keep an eye on and stay on top. One of these was an area in which I was told this Doctor is an expert. However, when asked what I could do to help ensure I am doing my best, the response was Use Google and do some research. There's a bunch of stuff out thereSeriouslyDid I mention the absolute horrendous attitude of one particular self-empowered lady at the front desk who gives medical advice as if it were law, and hangs up on you if tell her you don't appreciate her attitude.Later, I needed to transfer over a couple prescriptions I have been on for years. Usually not a problem. Typically the new office will have you sign a release to get your medical records from your previous PCP, see your history, and continue your treatment so you can go about life without any major interruptions. This office wanted to make a separate appointment to get my bottles. I assumed it would just be a brief discussion of medical history and go.Visit #1 for script - ;During this visit, I gave my bottles, explained my history, yet the practitioner (I never saw the doctor) refused to give me the scripts. Apparently your aren't allowed to have more than one ailment because medications may clash and unfortunately the years of consistent use and care of several physicians along the way (as I moved from state to state) isn't enough to validate that my prescription course was safe.I left that day with 1 weeks worth of one of my scripts, and instruction to go get the rest from my previous doctor, who was now Out of Network.Because of the conditions of my insurance, I cannot even pay my previous, now Out of Network, doctor cash to be seen. So after several phone calls and a scolding from the self-empowered acting-doctor at the front desk, I managed to get an appointment to see the actual doctor!Visit #2 for Scripts - When I arrived, I was asked to provide my script history from my pharmacy. So 25 minutes of driving, I lose my place in line.*Still, no request for authorization to gain access to my history.3 HOURS AFTER I ARRIVED, I finally met with the actual doctor who was kind enough to discuss my meds with me and send me off with my scripts.I noticed later that day that the quantity of one was off, and I only received 1/4 the required amount.I call back on Monday, give the situation and ask for an updated script. The practicing doctor at the front desk told me it was unlikely because she hasn't seen many scripts like that. I tried telling her that I don't appreciate her opinion to which she replied by hanging up on me..I wait and call back the next afternoon, only to have to speak with the same person who told me she could schedule another appointment. In summary3 VISITS to get scripts written for meds that I have been taking for years!3 TIMES the exposure to a waiting room with potential COVID transmitters.3 PAYMENTS from the insurance company for the incompetence of medical office seemingly run by inexcusably rude lady at the front desk.0 REQUESTS for my prior medical history I am still waiting to hear back so while I say 3 visits, who knows what they could drag this out to. What I DO know is that my next review of this office will be with the Insurance company, the AMA, and the BBB.
