My father was here to see Dr. Rubbelke on 4/16/2025. He was one of the rudest, unorganized, and condescending doctor I have ever met. The nurse Bernadette was a piece of work as well. I rate zero stars do not recommend. I will never come here again if I have to deal with that man.

Good: I can contact them via their portal with concerns or to get refills taken care ofnBad: When I was pregnant in 2023, after 2 losses, my PCP didn't feel comfortable prescribing insulin after my OB specifically asked me to have my pcp do-so bc I was coming off of medicine that wasn't approved in pregnancy and needed it. MFM won't see you until you're far enough along and all she wanted to do was push me off on them. In October I was slightly over my grace period getting to my appointment... they tell me they can't get me back in until February... 4 months later... TODAY they call me, the day of my appointment, after I've asked for time off from work... to reschedule my appointment... so I can't be 12 mins late but you can reschedule my appointment that I have had scheduled for 4 months?

Turn n' burn mentality. Treat you like machine and not care nor listen to your issues.nnTerrible place, front desk staff is rude, cancel or change appointments without speaking to you, never answer the phones for appointments, and will make you wait weeks to see your primary? Doctor's don't listen to you, check your chart, labs if they give you any, and send you out the door.
