Excellent care. There was no wait time and I was greeted warmly and professionally. The PA was knowledgeable and succinct. I felt confident that I was being given excellent care and we explored options. I can honestly give them a gold star and I was delighted that I stayed local. I highly recommend this place

I called the Morro Bay Urgent care after an exam asking for aftercare instructions. They said that they don't provide them and I can come pick up the chart notes. I talked to the medical assistant and she said they don't provide them. I looked it up and according to the joint commission, it's required to give aftercare instructions. See photos and prior review about the rude staff. I should have looked up the reviews before going there. Sad.

Go to Cottage Urgent Care in SLO, do not step foot into this facility. Ryan Palt PA-C of MB Urgent Care violated/neglected me at my visit. I am so upset at myself for seeking u201ccareu201d here, please donu2019t make the mistake I did. Go to Cottage Urgent Care of Foothill in SLO! And please spread the word! Iu2019m on a weekend getaway , and thought I just had a cold but my first night was rough. I went to the urgent care and WOW from the front desk girls to the X-ray man and the doctor was so kind and seemed to really care and wanted to help me! This isn't urgent care, it's maybe if there are less than 3 in line care. Got no eye contact from the receptionist just barked at me saying they aren't taking any patients because she was going on lunch and there were 3 people in line. Rude isn't a strong enough term. It was 11.15 so I wasn't there during prime lunch hours or anything.
