Their phone line is absolutely useless. You call in and they say their hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM. Then you try to speak with someone and all you get is this weird voice that says u201cwelcomeu2026 welcomeu2026u201d and then it rings and says that the voicemail box is full.nnGoogle says their hours are from 8 AM to 9 PM. I showed up around 10 and they had a sign hanging that said u201cclosed, come back later.u201d Imagine being sick, showing up to get checked, and thereu2019s a sign that says u201ccome back lateru201d with no explanation or anything. Super unprofessional.nnThe doc is alright, but comes across like a mom talking down to her child whom she thinks is stupid or something.nnThe girl at the front desk is kinda rude. I get it - working in the medical industry with the public can make you jaded, but she almost seems like she doesnu2019t want to be effective at what she does.nnThe PA laughed at me at one point when I made a comment about what I thought was the cause of my illness.nnAt the end of the day, I got what I needed but boy howdy was it an UNPLEASANT experience.

I brought my son in for a pain in the bottom part of his chest. I see now we should have just gone to the Emergency room instead of urgent care but the way the doctor acted was absolutely awful. She was horribly rude. She talked down to us and treated us like we were nothing. Let me add that there's been one nurse there that has been the sweetest and we will miss seeing her, but I won't go back.

Was accused of not covering my ears and head and causing my own sinus infection. Was asked if I was a smoker, and got a look like I was lying when I said I didnu2019t smoke. Was told I needed to make better decisions with the weather changes. I only wish Iu2019d videoed with my phone. Unbelievable. Do not go here. Worst urgent care center Iu2019ve ever used.

Grudgingly giving this place 1 star so Google will post this review. I really think they deserve a minus 1 at the minimum. I was very ill on a Sunday, and this place, over an hour from me, was the only one in my insurance network that was open. Husband drove me there and the idiot PA on duty told me TMJ syndrome was causing the excruciating lightning bolt pains in the side of my face, and he had no clue what the rash on my hand, on the same side of my body, could be. Hint, hint, what causes a rash, extreme pain and is one-sided? Especially when you are immunocompromised, the first thing you need to consider with a one sided rash and pain is shingles. I guess he missed that day in PA class. I was too sick to even reason at that point and I thought I was dying. I finally went to my personal GP three days later and was finally diagnosed correctly and immediately started on an anti-viral medication. I was deathly sick for at least two more weeks. Had I been properly diagnosed three days earlier when I was at this place and put on medication then, it would have been much less severe.
