Stay away from this office. The communication at this office is very poor along with the overall service you are going to receive. This office billed my visit different than what I confirmed with the receptionist multiple days before my visit what it would be billed as. My visit itself lasted all of 10 minutes with no physical assessment done and no follow up regarding my medical history. The facility itself is outdated and while I was there the AC wasnu2019t working. When I called to resolve the billing error I was met with hostility from the receptionist who said she would reach out after she contacted the billing department. After a month of no contact from the office I called billing who said they never received communication from the office. Billing also said they would reach out to me and still never has.The 1 star reviews are accurate. I had a very simple appointment that I did my due diligence to make sure would go smoothly and this office still managed to mess it up. If you want to avoid a headache and receive quality medical care go somewhere else.

terrible stay away!!!!! Was prescribed medication that was unsafe since I have high blood pressure. Terrible follow up. Front desk girls too busy to assist if you book during lunch time you will not be helped. Spoke with the office manager Yesenia who informed me the prescription was not safe to take. Do not go they are terrible terrible terrible and put your health on the line to make a buckud83eudd14

Heather is one of the best health care professionals I have encountered to date (70 years). I would highly recommend her to anyone. In this day and age it is rare to find healthcare professionals that go the extra mile.

Always waiting for an appointment, then when you get one you always have to wait past your appointment time! Just ridiculous, I switched doctor's and now doing it for the rest of my family

Staff made an inappropriate comment regarding whether or not I knew my father's previous medical history as if I am a neglected child. I don't know what assumptions they made of me. I didn't feel heard by the NP I met with, and was referred to a different facility without enough information. NP (Pamela) decided to administer a medication and let me know in the waiting room, in front of another stranger and check vitals - breach of confidentiality?? I just found my visit and the staff quite inappropriate and unprofessional, and overall incredibly rushed.
