I was pretty sure I had an ear infection so I needed to be seen by a doctor. I have Kaiser and their urgent care wait times are always super long and they donu2019t take appointments. It was really nice to be able to make an appointment online and be seen and have my prescriptions called into my Kaiser pharmacy where I was able to pick them up without a problem. Danielle Barrett PA, was my doctor and she was very professional, helpful, and so friendly!

I love it here. The wait time is the best by far. I love how you can book an appointment online. The receptionist and back office staff are friendly. The doctor is punctual and patient. I will definitely chose this urgent care over any other.

wait time wasnu2019t so bad on each occasion iu2019ve gone, except the first visit i had to reschedule yet when i called several times no one answered and i still had to attend the follow up only to be blamed for not canceling the original appointment; og procedure was rescheduled for a later date where they needed to draw blood but poked me 3 times before saying they couldnu2019t find a vein and sent me home after i had fasted for 24hrs. When i call them for an actual medical reason thereu2019s zero chance at an answer but when they call me theyu2019re quick to get me scheduled for any information they need to fill their charts (list of meds, allergies, etc.) And i made a video visit only to stare at a u201cwaiting for provideru201d screen for 15 mins straight. i even left and came back and sat another 5 mins yet still no one joined.

We started to come to this urgent care when COVID started and now i bring my kids and myself wheh we're not able to get same day appointments at our primary physician's office. All the staff is always so nice, I was there on 3/11 and this young lady at the front desk was very polite and was very helpful when I was checking in my son. We also usually see this female provider( I can't remember if she's a NP or PA) but she's always kind and patient when explaining what you're in for. I always recommend friends and family. Keep up the awesome work!! ud83dude00

Staff very friendly, facility clean but a two hour wait is just too long when you are not feeling well. They need more Dru2019s on staff or at least a temp pool when a Dr thatu2019s scheduled canu2019t make it in. When I was finally seen, Dr. Anne S. was very helpful, got me 3 medications and a stat X-ray order for my possible acute bronchitis.
