DO NOT RECOMMEND! The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude for no reason. On top of that I waited in a room for over an hour before the doctor came in when they were not busy. In addition, I waited over a week to get a standard test result back for strep and was told they would call and never did after I called twice multiple days in a row. This place is completely unprofessional.

Worst experience for pre-employment drug screening. I've been waiting for over an hour to urinate in a cup. When I arrived, there were 2 people ahead of me, now it's just me. Good luck to anyone who has to experience this. I suggest coming in at the latest time to get seen in a timely manner.

Went in for feeling ill. Wanted to find out what I was sick with and get medication to help me through it. No tests were administered. However, the doctor was certain it was the flu. She sent a prescription for Tamiflu and an anti-naseau. As far as I know, I only have a cold. How do treat what you don't know what it is? I am unsatisfied with the service I received and will never go back to this ready/urgent care again. Was told a test would take 2 weeks to come back. Other urgent care in clare can do a flu test in 15 minutes.... definitely don't recommend this place. No wonder they weren't busy when I went in!nnThe lady at reception seemed very rude, 7 papers (some double sided) that I had to fill out for being a new patient. Not something you want to do when you're sick. The actual doctor seemed very nice and helpful which made me lower my guard and not realize I wasn't getting the best care.

I scheduled an appointment online to get a TB test, and received a reminder text about my appointment. I walked up to the window and told the receptionist I was there for my TB test and she said not today we don't do them today. I asked why they allow to schedule appointments if they don't do them all week, and she said I can't control that and closed her window. I was not satisfied with the way I was talked to, the staff is rude and unpleasant. I wouldn't return to get any services if the person at the front can't be helping, kind, or welcoming to patients.

Sometimes I have had to wait a while to be seen but I have found that it is due to more patients than staffing can handle or an emergent situation.nThe staff themselves have always been great to me. Iu2019ve seen Dr. Mikols and PA Candace Wixon-Johnson and both were so understanding and empathetic . The MAs and Nurses were also very kind to me. I will continue to come here when I reed a walk in urgent care clinic.
