I was forced to come here as a new patient when my old doctor moved out of state and that practice didnu2019t have enough providers to move her patients around. I am a HCA employee with Aetna HCA insurance and this provider is an HCA provider. First time I went they billed it under the wrong provider, after getting that fixed I came a second time and was billed for services I did not receive. I was not there to get the services and either way it shouldu2019ve all been under my co-pay. The billers for this office decided to bill me extra for these services, I did not ask for and instead of being $40 it was $162. Iu2019ve been trying to resolve this issue since August and in the appeal process with insurance. I do not recommend this office. The provider I saw was not great and I believe the services charged are fraudulent! Do NOT GO HERE. Thankfully my old office has new providers and I am able to get in as a new patient again, when I booked my appointment there, the receptionist asked me why I was leaving this practice and when I explained the situation, she said she hears about these things from this clinic often. Fraud fraud fraud!

I want to start with the fact that I LOVE my doctor. That being said the quality of the other people in the office has declined significantly. From messing up blood work orders so we have to go back in the next day to get more blood drawn to not filling prescriptions correctly overall they just make way more careless mistakes than they used to and when informing you of said mistakes they just simply DO NOT CARE about any inconvenience it causes you. I don't know what changed but I wish it would go back to the 5 stars that it used to be.

I scheduled an appointment over a month in advance with the provider listed as my primary care when I called the office. Then I was called the DAY OF my appointment (after I already confirmed the appointment a week prior) to be told that the provider isnu2019t actually accepting new patients and that I canu2019t be seen. When I tried to schedule with anyone else, I was told the soonest was February or April (2-4 months?!). Ridiculous.

Hallelujah! Hallelujah!!!nMy Dr. has moved to a new office. I absolutely love my Doc.nI've been coming to this office for over 10 years now. I'm not sure why the office staff has changed so drastically. Obviously new people and new procedures.nRude, dismissive snd can hardly ever get a human on the phone.nnI seriously got to the point that I started dreading trying to make an appointment.
