Absolutely do not recommend. They didnu2019t do the most basic checks for my feverish baby (check throat, ears, nose) and after waiting and finally seeing the doctor, told us to go to the ER to get tests.We were in the ER for 5 hours, into the middle of the night.Do not recommend, go to Indigo instead.

The doctor there made me feel stupid when I told him I had a fish bone lodged in the back of my throat I had complete discomfort and went back there myself and got it. Thanks for not validating a client or trying. Idk how you couldnu2019t see this in the back of my throatu2026.

Let me start that I was late for check in by 15 minutes do to parking in front of building in handicap parking, I then had to maneuver, my wheel chair down side walk along building, trying to squeeze wheelchair past blue plastic sign holders that where in the way, on check in was told they couldn't see me because I was late, check in was at 10:30 am, I was there at 10:45, because of having to fight to get to rear of building appointment was 11 am, had paper work filled out well before 11, am appointment, maybe if there parking in back for multi care part was more handicap friendly, and staff little more understanding would be nice, at this point don't recommend there service for none urgent careUpdate 12/30/24It appears that they are in process of having some type of ramp access installed, they had a temporary ramp, and was told they were going to install ramp when weather improves.

Use caution when coming here, I confirmed with them I was in Network, they took my co-pay, it was denied by my insurance as out of network, turns out this particular Providence office was not in network for my plan, even though all my other Providence providers are in network, after 5 months of back and forth I am paying bill, however will NEVER come back. It would have cost me less to go to the emergency room! They made the mistake, they should not own it & at least let me pay discounted insurance rate - they refused!

I do not recommend this location if you have a child. My toddler was having a lot of anxiety about being at the clinic and none of the staff were friendly or reassuring to her before grabbing her and trying to run vitals so of course my child responded with fear and panic. The MA even said children are the worst after the encounter. Zero therapeutic communication. Don't depend on these people to have the skills to work with every age group.They get 2 small stars because they were the only place I could find that had access to rapid whooping cough tests.
