The place can use a little updating. Seems like the office is falling apart cosmetically. I was there for nearly 2 hours for my visit. They have you complete soo many papers and processes before you're seen. There is even a long wait once you get to a room. After all of that, they sent my prescription to the Anderson Kroger instead of Mt. Washington Kroger. I hope to never have to visit here again. It would certainly be a last resort.

The staff truly makes this place great! Every member of the staff provides the best customer experience. I needed to get my daughter in and walked in minutes before closing. I felt bad arriving so late but they welcomed us and assured we were not holding them up. The team works so well together and we were in and out with test results almost instantly. We have been here a few times before and always receive great care. I pass 3 other urgent cares en route to this one, and it is so worth it!

This place is so hit or miss- extremely frustrating. I was seen about 6 months ago and had a wonderful experience. Visited again today and it was atrocious. I arrived and was the only one there- YET I had to wait in the waiting room for 30 mins before they even called me back. I was extremely sick- to the point I could barely stand. Im not sure why I couldnt lay in a bed given there was nobody else in the rooms. Check in is absolutely insane to me. Doesnt the front receptionist get paid to check us in if needed? When someone is debilitated from sickness- why put them through so much stress with the online check in? The nurse was fantastic that checked my vitals. The physician (Lauren) absolutely horrible. She had a rude attitude and was not sympathetic AT ALL. I then had to wait 30 more mins to get my covid/flu results. This is an urgent care with no sense of URGENCY. You have people coming in for HELP not to be treated like a burden or inconvenience. Kick rocks Carefirst
