I absolutely love my doctor and nurse! They treated me like a family member, and I felt heard and safe. Also, the front desk lady was very nice! The entire vibe of the clinic was welcoming, clean, and very professional! You may walk in sick, but you will leave feeling better, about yourself and your health!

Christina Regina and the entire staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind. In a time where service has become less than stellar these employees could not have made my first visit more pleasant. Coming to a place that deals with strictly folks that are sick and a staff that is as compassionate as they are deserves to be recognized. A huge thanks to them all. From the receptionist to the nurse to the FNP, job well done. Not to mention it was a holiday.

Star Urgent Care is the best. Although not feeling well, the staff, from front desk to nurse are so pleasant, professional & caring. Not to mention Christina Dunbar, APN, is exceptional as always, she's very welcoming, understanding & pleasant to talk about what my situation is and puts me at ease . I 'd rather visit Star Urgent Care than any other Urgent Care or emergency room if needed.

Walked in to an empty desk and the receptionist was walking around. She asked u201chow can I help youu201d I explained that my daughter needed to be seen but I just received medical insurance and didnu2019t have the member number at the time and asked can she look it up before I started with anything. In a very NASTY tone she responded u201cyea I can look it up but you need to have your card the next time or anytime you comeu201d I explained again that we literally just received the insurance so thatu2019s why I didnu2019t have it. She still had an attitude and handed me the paperwork. I sat down and filled it out and turned it in and sat back down without saying anything because at this moment I was frustrated on why I was being treated like I come in here often. It was my very first time. My back was turned in the chair away from her and she said u201cyou got your I.D?u201d Again in a nasty tone. Normally a place of business address you politely or say excuse me when they are trying to get your attention so I almost didnu2019t respond to her because Iu2019m trying to understand how she works in a professional environment and donu2019t know how to be professional. As we get called back I had to speak to the nurse as she just start checking my childu2019s weight and height. The other patient who arrived AFTER us got seen first and was treated very nicely. I donu2019t think Iu2019ll ever come back.
