Love this clinic! First time in and we had a great experience. Wonderfully kind and professional staff fit my kiddo into the urgent care schedule at the very last minute for an infected bug bite. Loved our providers and the intake team was helpful and sweet. They saved me so much time and stress in traffic! So happy to have Cham Clinic nearby when we need them for the fam. Highly recommend!

Very frustrated.nI'm on Medicare Advantage and went in for my annual exam. I rcd notification from Medicare that the exam was covered 100% but now am receiving dunning texts and emails and calls from CHAM for an outstanding bill! I've asked for a physical, paper bill so I can review it and they will not send a paper bill.nV. disappointed.

This was the best experience we have had at a doctors office! We had a baby that had a rash on christmas eve and got in right away. The people in the office were the best from the receptionist to the nurse and the doctor. Would recommend to anyone!!!

First time I went to this Urgent Care Clinic was in January of this year. I was in a bit of a crisis. Right away, I was impressed by how nice and professional they are, from the front desk staff to the doctors that saw me. One of the nurses even gave me a cup of water. The clinic was very nice and clean and the doctor was very professional, knowledgeable and they work with you closely to ensure your good health and wellbeing. They sit down with you and discuss your medical needs and how to best approach them.They listen to you, and youu2019ll never feel rushed. I never had any luck finding a good doctor in my 30 years living in Minnesota until I found this clinic. Nice professional people. I have recommended this clinic to a friend and he was very happy about it. I trust them with my medical needs 100 percent. Thank you!!!
