Went in because I felt short of breath and lightheaded. Was initially charged $150 because my insurance provider was out of coverage, but the doctor who saw me told me that my provider would have to cover it regardless because of the probable cause of my visit, so I got a refund! Very good doctor patient interaction. The front desk people were a little unknowlegeable about insurance information, which isnu2019t their fault necessarily (relies on the training they were given) but in the end it worked out and they got everything straightened out.

The worst place to go. They charged me a full 300 dollars for NOTHING (LITERALLY NOTHING).They told me my insurance would cover the costs and I went to them for issues with sleep that one day became extreme. They proceed to not help with anything and say we will refer u to someone. (They never did)And 3 months later i get a random bill for 300 dollars???

If they have zero star, I will definitely select it. The staffs there are so unprofessional. They lied to you at the beginning and told you that your insurance will cover the treatment, but then, you will receive the bill statement and tell you that you are out of network and need to pay the full amount.

they didn't explicitly tell me they don't take my insurance. but somehow, they ran my insurance anyway and charged me extra for it (why would you do that if you don't take my insurance?). i got charged $600 for basically a covid test.TLDR: be careful if you go here; there are lots of hidden costs.

DO NOT GO THERE! Theyu2019re fraud! They will explicitly tell you they do take your insurance even if they donu2019t and they will overcharge you a lot! They want 500$ for a Flu test after assuring me multiple times that it will be covered by the insurance! Once you confront them they will tell you to lie to the insurance! Theyu2019re fraud taking advantage of college students.
