Just trying to wrap my head around a medical office that doesn't know which insurances are not accepted at their office. My partner loved to get the call saying that the follow up and all tests were being cancelled because they didn't accept their insurance, 2 weeks after the initial appointment. All insurance information was completed at the time of the original appointment, most medical offices ask this basic question over the phone when scheduling the appointment and let you know if you are in their network or not. The team at champion really dropped the ball here.

The worst experience ever. Waited in the room to be seen for over a hour and the doctor was heard through the door saying she will get there when she gets there. She was in no hurry to see her patients. This is why I will not be returning to this facility and will be finding a new provider.

Everyone in this practice, friendly and professional. I will find out tomorrow how my heart looks, had an echocardiogram last week. Iu2019m almost 78, my sister sat down a few weeks ago to sleep, she did not wake up, she was almost 79. I am so glad I am getting my heart checked, she did not do thatu2026.

Really appreciated Dr. Benjamin Dao on my first cardiologist visit. Set my mind at ease and helped to explain some of the tests I had at the hospital a few weeks earlier. The check in process and workers were also pleasant. Seems like nice people all around.
