I had to look for a print shop that could produce 150 brochure in good quality paper in matter of a couple of hours (it was Friday afternoon and unneeded the job done for that day).I was lucky enough to come across Universal Printing. I have had 2 experiences with Universal Printing and both have been horrible due to an employee named Jermayne. Both times I was asked to email what I wanted printed and both times they received my email, but stated the document did not come in correctly when I offered to come in with my laptop to make any corrections that were necessary they sounded annoyed. The first time was a small amount of flyers and the 2nd time was an even smaller amount of invitations. When my fiance went in to check the status/pickup the flyers, I also called and advised he was on his way, Jermayne stated, I didn't call you, although this was the time he stated the flyers would be completed. My fiance waited another hour for him to print 25 flyers. The 2nd time was 12 invitations which I was charged the same amount as the 25 flyers and basically told they were doing me a favor. They were dropped off Friday morning and even though they claim same day print, both times neither were completed the same day. When I didn't hear anything on Friday, I called noon on Monday and was told by Jermayne, oh I didn't have time to get to them, they'll be ready by 4pm. I then called 8 mins to 4pm and was told by Jermayne, I told the guy I talked to they would be ready by 4pm. I advised we were on our way, it's 8 minutes to 4pm, Jermayne responded, they're ready and hung up the phone. When we walked in he was just standing around doing nothing. Although we paid for them to be cut and folded, they were not, but we were charged for cutting and folding. If you claim same day, you need to deliver same day, if not the next morning and stay in contact with the customer, we shouldn't have to call you to find out if the project has been completed. Additionally, get someone who cares about doing his job and doing it well. If he doesn't there are plenty of people looking for work who will. I had other projects that needed to be completed, but I'll take my business elsewhere.

I've been a regular weekly customer here for 2 1/2 years. From my very first experience, they have gone above and beyond to make sure that my orders are just as requested. In the rare instances problems have arisen, they have been quick to fix them. The customer service is exceptional and the staff are just all around great people to interact with.

Great experience, went there to get a funeral program made for my brother and needed it done within a few days. The service was excellent and the owner worked after hours to send me finishing edits.
