I waited three hours to be seen for 10 minutes. The doctor barely did an exam on the area I was experiencing pain. Neck, shoulders and arms. She never even asked what pain I was experiencing. It was a very strange visit in which I left there feeling like this visit was a total waste of time. The doctor I saw had pneumonia and cracked ribs and clearly looked like she was in pain herself. Itu2019s no wonder she couldnu2019t do a proper exam on me. I was to be seen here due to a work related injury. Pretty sure I wonu2019t be returning and I will be using my own PCP.

Very kind staff here. Made me feel welcomed as a Walk-In patient. Their waiting line up was fair too. They tend to every patient in the order they walked in as a walk-in while still taking in their appointment patients. Everyone was communicating with friendly smiles and it was pleasant to have been able to attend here through my employer.

Absolutely a joke. They have their own policy about medication, so while I can be on medication and get my DOT physical at any other spot/doctor, Concentra doesn't tell you until the end, waste of time and money. Boss made appointment for 30 minutes later and passed my DOT. I'd rather bleed out than ever go to concentra again. Just awful, no communication, bit of a scam if you ask me.

I had a pre-employment screen. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. She checked me in. Within 10 minutes, I was greeted by another staff member (also extremely friendly and informative). I got the screening done and was out the door within 20 min of arrival. I appreciated the prompt and courteous service.

The customer service was horrific. I called ahead of time and asked if I could come in at 3:15 to do a mask fit test and I was told that I could. I drove an hour and a half to get there, have them make me fill out all of the OSHA paperwork, go to the back room and then because it hit 4 PM. I was told they were short staffed and they were not going to do my fit test. If they were short staffed, why would they have me fill out all the paperwork that took 20 minutes? And if they did not want to do the fit test that late why would they tell me that I could come at that time? I explained to them how far away I live and that I spoke on the phone and was told that I was OK to come in. I am on a one month job assignment where I am on a strict time schedule and because they did not feel like doing it because it was close to closing time, I drove an hour and a half for nothing. now I have to do this drive all over again an hour and a half one way just to have them spray water on my face to make sure my mask works. And by the time that I have a day off to get there, I will only have one day left on my contract. this is the most asinine experience Iu2019ve ever had and this place does not care about their patients. The only thing they care about is getting things done on their terms. For the girl who does the fit test to look me in the eye and tell me that they were short staffed when she did a fit test right before mine to another patient left me flabbergasted. I was speaking to another pre-employment patient there who told me that they were getting the same thing done. But because I checking in after, they decided that they would let me fill the paperwork out and then tell me to come back another day after waiting there for 45 minutes. I am so infuriated with this company and the fact that I have to waste my time, money, and gas to do this for a second round is insane. Do not go here please find a better Urgent Care.
