The worst! Seen by 3 speciality cares (derm, cardio, podiatry)..all the same! AWFUL! The doctors have no regard for patient's time. Front desk staff at all locations are ill informed in insurance authorizations, rude, and short. If any issues arise it's not how can we make it right but a blame game as to who didn't do what...awful awful awful! Avoid if at all possible!

Horrible office!!! Dr Reddy is rude and defies everything a doctor has ever said even what webmd and other sites say based on research and facts. Staff is horrible. They refuse to request authorizations for needed procedures and put it on the primary dr who isn't doing the procedure. Waste of time. They leave you waiting say they will call you back and never do. This place is a joke and should not be allowed to practice with tax payer money

If I could i will give ZERO STAR. It is the WORST EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!! a person can have EVER. When a person goes to the doctor is because is not feeling good, because is worry about her/his health, and is not an appointment to go to a hair salon to enjoy.So, first more than 3 months nervous waiting for the appointment. Then you go there and you have to wait more than an hour for the appointment but you say, it is ok, Iam already here. After the appointment that will take maybe less than 5 minutes they give you an appointment, to discuss your labtests, 3 weeks that you keep nervous and with anxiety waiting to see if finally they can help you. The appointment that should be with the specialist, because that's why you are referred to them, will be with an assistant, and guess what? They never call you. You call them, and they answer they are delayed with the appointments, but they will call you. They sent a link, without any explanation. If an old person will receive it will not know what to do with it. So, you open the link and wait for your appointment and THEY NEVER APPEARED. I called again and the person who answered said that I am calling after work hours.All thus sound as a comedy but unfortunately is real, is not funny and we are talking about people that are not feeling good.CONCLUSION: CHAPARRAL MEDICAL GROUP IN POMONA IS TGE WORST, WORST AND 100% WORST MEDICAL OFFICE YOU CAN EVER IMAGINE.Finally they called me saying my lab tests are all good while I have a copy that showed me they are not all OK.PS. I used to be doctor in my country but in another specialty so I understand very good the results.

I would not recommed going to the GI group in this office. I have called numerous times for results of a test and each time I receive a different answer as to what happened to the results. I asked to come in a pick up a copy of the results and was told that it will cost me $25.00 to $30.00 to get the copy. Seems that they do not have an orgainized operation. Will not go back.
