For being on the edge of a rough section of town, this facility is immaculate. I went in for a general check up from a sore throat and cough, and they made me feel like I was at my Primary Care Physician.nThe front desk was courteous and efficient. I was brought into a small office to be seen by the APRN and the visit went smoothly. They covered all the steps for care. Overall, the whole staff made sure that I was comfortable the whole time.nI would highly recommend this walk-in center to anyone in the area for its convenience and its efficiency. I hope I don't feel ill again but if I do I will definitely step in to the Charter Oak Family Center.

After many years of coming here I will be switching my kids doctor and mines, they never answer the phone . I been in the pediatric office watching them how they ignore the phone. Itu2019s not cool I have to go to the office just to set up appointments. They need to hold this workers accountable.

Iu2019ve been going to this clinic for YEARS and the only downside is getting someone on the phone. TBH I havenu2019t had many experiences where Iu2019m on hold for too long but for medical records or for busy departments it can take some time.nnBesides this, I love how fast Iu2019m seen at urgent care. Parking is convenient. Getting labs done is sometimes quick and easy. The nurses Iu2019ve interacted with have been great and doctors are professional and answer all my questions. Charter Oak offers a wide variety of service options. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great clinic that offers more than just primary care.

Worst customer service ever and specially in dental department, the 2 lady on the front are so rude and desconsiderada. Great Dr. with bad customer service. Choose well who will appreciate a good job like this.

I've been going here since I was 12-13yr and for as long as I can remember they NEVER pick up the phone. If you want an appointment you have to go to the clinic then they will end up telling you to call to make an appointment YET THEY DONT PICK UP THE PHONE. I've left the clinic 3 times bc of the phone and staff, and that fact that it's still a problem all these years is not funny ud83eudd26ud83cudffdu200du2640ufe0f
