Upon entering the Facility I was greeted at the sign in counter with care. The staff had concerns for my health and took good care of me, I was seen right away and taken good care of and treated with respect. My stay was good and pleasent not a long wait, and above all the doctor cared about my wellbeing and prescribed what was needed for my health. Service was quick and fast. The follow up results process sucked! They kept saying the nurse would call and tell me results from a swab within 24/48 hrs. After 50+hrs I called for the 2nd time and the receptionist said the same thing, but I asked to speak to the nurse. The nurse came on the phone and then gave me my results. So once they get your money and you leave that day, good luck on them following up?!

Great people and have only had 2 negative visits. One didn't prescribe meds when my sinus/congestion issues were starting- then it turned into acute bronchitis and full blown sinus infection. Took a while to get over- with proper meds.nThe last time- just make sure the meds prescribed are covered under your insurance. It was a small hiccup.

I took my son to urgent care after he injured his finger, and we were seen within 5 minutes of check-in. The staff was efficient, friendly, and very thorough. X-rays were taken, and they provided clear details about his injury along with the next steps for treatment. We even received a follow-up call about the referral to a pediatric orthopedic specialist for further evaluation. I really appreciate the level of care and attention.nnHighly recommend this urgent care for anyone in need of prompt and professional service!
