Logan Villagrana was the person Who was helping me to find a budget friendly payment plan. He was very knowledgeable, and very professional. He understood that I am a senior living on a fixed income. All in all, I would say that the interaction was very positive, and also the way that Logan was able to get a payment plan put together Will work for my budget. Wow! Just finished our intro meeting / set up with this company and we are very excited. They give you your own dashboard to use to communicate with them about the clients vs 800 numbers and hold times. Everything they and we do is documented and easy to reference. I have had a terrible time trying to pay my bill using a WEX benefits card until today. When I called and made my payment, Alexis was extremely helpful. She gave me all the information that I needed. She took my payment information and she gave me all of my information that I would have to need at my doctors office. She was very pleasant very personable, and I believe in all honesty, she deserves a raise she made my experience the best, thank you Alexis and I appreciate what you do with American profit recovery
