Last experience here was less than ideal. Came in on a Sunday morning with an infected ear piercing. Staff and doctor acted like I was wasting their time. Doctor walked in and took one look at my ear and goes yeah it's infected. You know the earring has to go right? all snarky. Obviously I knew that but my ear was so swollen I couldn't even remove the earring myself. The doctor had zero empathy, basically ripped the earring out of my ear and stood there staring at me when I was clearly in a lot of pain. Handed me the prescription for an antibiotic and sent me on my way. Haven't been back since. ExpressCare in south Salisbury has much better bedside manner.

Fell down 1 week before my visit. It was an outstretched arm wrist injury. I wanted to rule out that it may have been fractured because I was still in a considerable amount of pain even after 1 week. They did anX-ray right there on sight and ruled out a break and that it was a severe sprain. They gave me a brace and I was on my way. I was treated very considerately and kindly. Also I really liked the check in process! It was all done on a kiosk and my phone at my own pace! Iu2019ve never experienced that process anywhere else and I truly loved it! Your place is my go to for an emergency and Iu2019ve already recommended it to others!

I had a really bad fall, twisted my ankle badly and really messed up my leg. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint that I had was trying to hobble up to the kiosk and stand there in extreme pain to put my information in and then hobble back to chair, other than that, the staff was extremely friendly. The nurse that cleaned up all the blood off my leg was very kind and reassuring. I was able to get in very quickly and they took very good care of me.The doctor was very nice and seemed to have genuine concern for my obviously painful wounds.Altogether, I would say it was a good experience.

FOUR people were seen ahead of me while I waited, those people arrived 10, 20 , 30 minutes after me. They asked me to sign four consent forms I had no chance to read. I waited for over an HOUR. The receptionist said u201cthose people had appointmentsu201d I heard one bird who came after me say I had an appointment. but I watched 2 out of 4 of them check in and sign forms as well. So I definitely feel skipped over. I wonu2019t be coming back. I wonu2019t be recommending them. I feel I was passed over because I questioned the forms I was signing consent to without getting the chance to read them. Iu2019m not trying to start drama, but asking someone to sign saying u201cI have received and understand these formsu201dI came in with cold and flue symptoms the NP asks what brings me in and I explain. But i gad to ask for a covid testu2026. Like why

Doctor walks in and was unprofessional from the start of asking whatu2019s the problem. Just came off very rude with how he asked. Proceeds to say without even looking at me that he has no clue. Looks in my mouth and says yup no idea. Was in the room maybe 2min. Walk out to be charged $110 for absolutely nothing other than a u201cI donu2019t knowu201d absolutely crazy to me. Waste of time and money
