Dr. Berliner is hands down the best doctor we have found anywhere in the area (we drive an hour to see him). He runs a walk-in only office and welcomes patients of all ages. We are not fooled by the main stream medical world and neither is he. He treats each patient exactly as is needed by the individual, not the u201cbooku201d. He doesnu2019t take insurance, so your coverage doesnu2019t dictate the treatment he prescribes. He is priced fairly and worth every penny. He is more interested in wellness than u201csicku201d care aka health care. Hopefully that gives you an idea of what to expect when going to Chestatee Emergent Care (Sunday - Wednesday are the days I believe Dr. Berliner is there.) Donu2019t waste your time or money anywhere else.

The staff is so nice and friendly! The wait time was very reasonable considering how busy it was. Doctor Berliner takes his time and listens, and comes up with a plan of care that actually works. Iu2019m feeling so much better today! I had a great experience with this practice and would recommend it to anyone!

How it ought to be - yesterday my husband cut the tip of his finger with a table saw. Instead of going to the standard ER or Urgent Care we went to see Dr. Gary Berliner at Chestatee Emergent Medical Care. THIS is how care ought to be! He doesn't take insurance, charges a very reasonable fee, is experienced at just about everything, and we were only there for about an hour and 15 minutes. All of this for less than $300. I'm sure if we had gone to the ER or standard Urgent Care it would have taken 4 x as long, cost at least 4 x as much, and may not have solved the problem as well as Dr. Berliner did. Dr. Berliner took care of a golf ball-sized MRSA abscess in my daughter's thigh last year. Makes me think of a doctor of a tribe / village. Our community is lucky to have him!

I came here for hormonal imbalance, the doctor tested my blood, told me to stop drinking, and that was it. I since went to another doctor , who also took my blood and gave me step by step instructions as to how to heal my body. My mother also went to see this doctor for a broken ankle, he gave her the wrong boot , did nothing but overprescribe pain medicine and charge way too much money for absolutely no help. Make the drive and go find a competent doctor!

The doctors at Chestatee Emergent Medical Care are very good. I recommend them. They do not take insurance and charge $100 per visit. I pay about that much with my insurance after co-pay and deductible.
