DO NOT GO HERE! Over the phone they said to come at 1pm okay... we get there and they acted confused that a child would need help... they said they weren't an urgent care even though that's in their name ??? Turned my child out the one clerk had 0 sympathy towards it all. I cant imagine how they treat their chosen patients.

If you care about your childu2019s wellbeing at all DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!!!! My son came here because we suspected he had an ear infection. He woke up in the middle of the night SCREAMING and clutching his ears. We spent more time with them trying to fix their credit card machine to get a measly $15 copay, than my son spent with the doctor. They sent us home saying that nothing was wrongu2026I didnu2019t buy this mess, I took him to his primary doctor later on and he has a SINUS INFECTION which is causing a drip and pressure on his ears!!! UNESSARY SUFFERING for my poor baby, but at least the doctor got paid!!! Do yourself and a friend a favor and spread the wordu2026.this place is HORRIBLE!!!!

I got there before 10:00am for my child to be seen..no one was there at 10:00 am as their website and door say they open. They called be back at 10:24 when they got in to say they ran late and the Dr wonu2019t be in till 11:30 am . Thanks
