I love coming here. I love the providers Amanda, especially she goes above and beyond to make sure that my children especially my six month old is beyond taken care of and we find the answers and everything. Sheu2019s amazing with all of my children Dr. Johnson heu2019s amazing as well. I appreciate all that they do. I love the convenience of x-rays allergy testing sick testing. I love it all. I love that they offer all of that and also the convenience of if you donu2019t have a ride or something like that they offer doorstep care. They just go above and beyond, and I couldnu2019t ask for a better doctors for my children

First time going and meeting the provider Isabel and she was amazing and warm. The beside manner was textbook perfect. She also respect my daughteru2019s autonomy who is 3 learning about consent. The staff checked me in fast, assistant even printed out my childrenu2019s vaccination records after the visit. The woman who vaccinated my son was quick and well experienced having all her supplies at hand. Iu2019m surprised by all the bad reviews. Overall I am satisfied with the service

I take both of my children here, and everyone I have interacted with has been wonderful. The providers take their time to educate and explain, the staff always makes me and my children feel welcomed. As a military family, we have been to many different medical facilities throughout the US, and this is by far one of the best places my children have received care. Their business hours allow the flexibility to work around our busy schedules. From mental health, urgent care, sick, well, and allergy appointments, we have had nothing but wonderful experiences! I highly recommend!

Came in with an open mind the doctor I believe her name was Ruby! Was amazing the tech nurse before her amazing! The person administering the blood work not so pleasant! I believe the attitude stemmed from me saying I could reschedule the bloodwork because my ride had to go into work. I even apologized about having to leave and let them know I wasnu2019t trying to rush them. My daughters had to get blood work done and of course kids are not fond of needles the attitude I felt from this nurse was ridiculous! Yes my daughter was crying but I could feel the energy coming from the nurse in being upset because she couldnu2019t get what she needed from my daughter! I just feel that they need to have someone else more patience to do a job such as taking blood from childrenu2026besides that everything and everyone else was fine I just feel that I will request to do blood draws somewhere else if needed but I donu2019t feel comfortable with that African American nurse taking my daughters blood again! Sheu2019s 6 itu2019s like come on and have some patience. She was very Unprofessional

I just started taking my son here as I waited a long time because I had heard from local people that this is a very good and amazing office to take your children to and I was looking for one because my current pediatrician is not that great or Personable! I really enjoy the convenience of the doorstop because the nurse that handle those appointments is absolutely amazing but after that appointment, my son was diagnosed with a double ear infection! He had an appointment the following Monday for a wellness check and the doctor checked his ears fairly quickly. Dr. Johnson said that everything looked OK. He was currently on antibiotics for the double ear infection as well as I called doorstop back over because none of his symptoms had changed and Dr. Johnson said at that time that he had a throat infection so they put him on more antibiotics! When we went in that Monday for his three year wellness check, they checked all of these things his throat ears included and said that everything looked fine, but he was still holding his ears and grinding his teeth! So me as a concern parent I made an appointment to take him back the following week! I will say at this appointment miraculously Dr. Johnson told me that the amoxicillin wasnu2019t working at all and his double ear infection was in fact still there although he didnu2019t manage to see it the week prior! And I will say truthfully, I felt like it was just wanting us to come back in so that they could build us again because how did you not see that at his wellness appointment if it hasnu2019t helped at all? He proceeded to give me a different anabiotic and said we will leave him off the amoxicillin for three months mind you heu2019s never had an infection or been sick to this degree to even have to be On it. This was his first time. And then he said the next result is to give him a shot to get rid of it if he canu2019t take the Antibiotic, which was very chalky and thick, and I have to fight him to hold him down to take it every time. But watching my son over the weekend, I continue to see him, grabbing his ears even more whenever there is a loud noise or the wind blows or anything and still greedy his teeth so does it see you this is working either and in reading the reviews I think what Iu2019m most disappointed about is the responses theyu2019re all the same they look computer generated as if itu2019s not even a real person thatu2019s genuinely concerned. Maybe this office has lost itu2019s fire and caring about what it is they chose to do which is take care of peopleu2018s kids, but one thing they definitely need to understand is that when parents come in and they know their kids, those are people that they love and care about whether you do or donu2019t so theyu2019re going to fight for them to the end so if you genuinely just donu2019t care stop practicing because you can really message a child up Just not caring and caused the issues that they donu2019t even have to go through with their life prime example if my sonu2018s ears get so messed up because I keep coming here a day after day listening to you and he ends up not being able to hear thatu2019s an issue that I have to deal with and thereu2019s gonna be a problem for us all at that point! The reviews and the responses are absolutely disgusting. It definitely has made me rethink the time that Iu2019ve waited to get into this office.
