The billing is real suspect it seems to be padded. Two different occasions my bill was extremely high. The first time I got billed for a MRI that never happened. The second time literally I got to 5,000 bill for pharmacy and ambulatory care which basically includes pharmacy so it's pretty much double bill mind you this is for a blood draw so a $10,000 bill for a blood draw. Before I get anything done in children's again I need to know the cost before I get anything done I need to break down before I get anything done.

My daughter had her appointment scheduled at this place, because we like our doctor, and the only closer appointment was available at this location. I can't say anything bad about it. Just like how we were treated. Good experience

We were sent to childrenu2019s from our local hospital with our 7 week old baby. They said childrenu2019s would be able to run more tests to figure out her fever and rash. Our nurses were amazing, however the doctors were not. They ran no additional tests on our daughter and sent us home with no answers besides a u201cviral infectionu201d. I would not take my child here again. We stayed for 2 nights when we could have done the same management in our home. So disappointing.

So apparently childrenu2019s hospital staff doesnu2019t believe in knocking and announcing themselves when treating children. I literally had to ask multiple people to please knock and let us know when theyu2019re coming in. Makes matters worse, THERE IS A SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT SAYS ITu2019 Apparently, the doctors doesnu2019t believe in knocking before walking into rooms with children because two staff members decided to u2018warn meu2019 before they came in. When did this change? Why do I sound foreign telling people to have respect when coming in on my 14 year old in a gown? Like why would you think itu2019s okay to walk in on any child and not let them know youu2019re there?nnThis use to be the best hospital to bring your kids too now I try my hardest to avoid this place.
