Dr Guteirrez is the best pediatrician! I would recommend to all the parents out there. He is very patient, talks to the kids very well and explains every procedure very well. NP Sherry and Nurse Julie! They are also very outstanding and have been very helpful in our tough times. My kids are 6 and 8 yr old, has been his patients since birth.

Wonderful Dr's & NP. Staff is thoughtful and kind. I have been going to night & day pediatric for well over 20 plus years. Have gotten all referrals and paperwork without any issues. Never issues with over Medication or office being understaff.

Love the doctor's office here. My girls have been going here since they have been born. The staff is always so friendly and nice. Always so helpful and has never had an issue ever. One time my oldest had issues with her appendix and I didnu2019t know what was wrong and they have access to get her over to the hospital right away. That was a huge thing for me to be able to do that and help her immediately. There is paid parking for I rather pay for good service in my opinion. I also like how they offer late appointments for when girls are out of school so they donu2019t miss school if needed. They truly provide the best for our children.

Iu2019ve been coming to this clinic for the past 6 years, the way this clinic is now is so terrible. The current staff front and back is by far the worst itu2019s ever been and I have been through many new faces with them. The front desk white young girl lacks communication skills, and just over all a good attitude, kind of air head like. I think theyu2019ll hire anyone at this point. Iu2019ve never had so many issues with scheduling, same day appointments, insurance like I have now. The wait times are outrageous for a little one and in general. They go through so many providers, and clinical staff. Not that I ever cared but their immunization policy is odd considering theyu2019re not even the parents and require it to be only there say so or input. What used to be my go to clinic will soon be no longer.nnThe providers I have encountered with (which is so many new ones I canu2019t ever keep up with their names) are always pleasant and have good bedside manner. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Front desk= lack of communication and respect (noticed even on phone while booking reservation)nTime= No respect for patient and/or parents time, if u r short staff don't give an appointment.nStaff= recent trend of gossiping and chit chating while patient is waiting.nAverage wait time till Dr. Show up or nurse is 45 min in my case.nCleaning= All rooms are horrible, room#4 hanging parrot or Macau needs good bath haha. Celling/roof dirty and smelling.nThe reason I again started coming was Dr. GutierreznnSeems like time to move.
