She is the most caring professional NP i have ever seen..not only first she care. But she takes her proffession seriously.. plus she even just wants to Get to know you on a personal level. She a actually felt like a friend..If you want someone who cares and listens you need to call her. If you don't your wasting your time. I was so comfortable and not expecting it from a woman . But she could be my best friend.

I love love love Dr. DiDi. Iu2019ve been dealing with depression since I was a child (8y. o currently 33). Iu2019ve been to numerous psychiatrists who have given up and my so called treatment resistant depression. Iu2019ve been on a lot of different medications sometimes all at the same time. Dr. DiDi is patient and she doesnu2019t give up. She is determined to get my depression stable and keep it there. She has gotten me stabilized and back to work twice with once being here recently. She got me stabilized at first and eventually my depression came back fighting. I went to her and she did her thing. She found the right combination and guess what, she doesnu2019t like her patients on too many medications at one time. When I was really going through she even scheduled me to be seen every week and in office with a concern with telehealth visits because she wants to actually see you to know exactly how you are doing and feeling. This is a long review but I have to share how amazing she is. Sheu2019s there always when I need her, I canu2019t thank her enough. I have someone whou2019s not afraid to fight with my stubborn depression and Iu2019m forever grateful.

I have some very strong concerns with Dr. Ndidi.Last appointment I had with her, another person was doing her work for her - she gave no explanation of who she was, what her qualifications were, or anything like that. She prescribed me medication but got the pharmacy and amounts wrong, and also promised to follow up with billing on an issue I've had for months and never did. She also didn't schedule me correctly so I had to call her office and schedule myself.Fast forward to this week, and Dr. Ndidi was working from home. However, she seemed really distracted and I had to repeat things many times for her to acknowledge what I was saying. It was very impersonal, I hardly felt like I was in the room (this is normal for her). And she had no idea what I was asking about regarding the ongoing billing situation - I receive 2 charges each visit and she cannot tell me why or what each charge is for. I called insurance and they said that the second charge is for therapy, but Dr. Ndidi doesn't do therapy with me... in fact, I have a different licensed therapist I work with and she is aware of that. She should NOT be charging me for therapy - and when I said this, she said oh, OK - I'll check with the office and wouldn't promise anything beyond that. She has said this before, and never once has she followed up with the office. She uses that as an excuse to stop talking about what I'm asking about. I have never asked for therapy from her, and she has never told me she is doing therapy with me - and I have gotten thousands of dollars in charges for this since I started with her last year. And she is most certainly NOT doing therapy with the way she even barely treats me like a real person with a very complicated chemical imbalance...Dr. Ndidi has always not been a great psychiatrist in many ways. I am only now realizing how bad things really are. She is always late to our limited time appointments, doesn't speak English very well which makes our sessions extremely difficult to navigate (and makes me feel like I'm not being understood well, even when I can get across to her), always goes through a complicated series of questions that I eventually asked to just be sent to me ahead of time since it takes up our whole session if I don't answer in writing ahead of time, and forgets and/or frequently messes up my prescriptions and pharmacy information. For example, she prescribed for me an anti-anxiety medication that had extremely detrimental effects on my mental health for 6+ months, and only stopped prescribing it when I told her I refused to take it any more. She only increased the amounts of it over and over saying it would help with my symptoms - when it was the medication itself which was causing the problem. Only after I took it into my own hands and told her to stop it, did things get better. She has failed me in multiple ways as a psychiatrist of any good repute, and I will not be going forward with her any more. I am actively seeking an online replacement for her services. She comes off as nice, but once you get into a routine with her - she treats you like you're not there. It's incredibly dehumanizing and I also feel like I'm being financially scammed in the process. Very weird and definitely could be mal-practice. I am only sorry it took me so long to realize all of this and get rid of her. Please - do NOT give her your time and money - she will not respect either. And you're basically playing Russian roulette with the medications she chooses to prescribe you and won't listen to your feedback on how the medications are making you feel.
