The entire staff was welcoming and helpful, but the phlebotomist stood out the most. She was kind, patient, and really knew what she was doing. I usually get anxious during blood draws, but she made it feel quick and easy. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Great experience overall!

Christine was amazing and very professional. She helped my uncle and kept in touch with us the entire time. Even when there was a delay with the lab, she explained everything and made sure he got my results as soon as possible. You can tell she truly cares. Iu2019d definitely go back to her again! Booking an appointment today at as a joke. Iu2019ve always had great service and fast care. Today I booked a time and waited forever while having my daughter bc Iu2019m a single mom with no local help. My daughter is in bed early for her long day. While we were there she complained bc the wait was so long and we never experienced that. Before we made it home not even 5 minutes she was asleep on car with no dinner for her long day at school with extra care before and after school. Staff was friendly but rushing and didnu2019t clean rooms throughly after patients left. Talked too much patient data for patients to hear in the waiting room. Letu2019s just spray Lysol and we are good. I didnu2019t see doctor until an hour and more after check in time. Very rushed and no communication after test results. Asked questions and didnu2019t allow me to answer them. u00a0I donu2019t get why care has changed so much since Covid. I felt I was treated as a telehealth appt when I was physically there for sinus infection bc my PCP wouldnu2019t see me for telehealth or on their openings. All issues I have wasnu2019t addressed to the care they provided. While getting my swabs the medical assistant or whatever he is was rude that he needed past the jaw line. I get that but when you have no tonsils or ulvua and stab the throat multiple times for a million test they ordered for rapid and culture itu2019s ridiculous. Working a medical assistant, pharmacy tech, authorization specialists for all services in a doctors office, pharmacy, and hospital setting im confused on how they scam people. Iu2019ve seen them multiple times and today was the first time I felt used and not fully caring about what I have going on. Honestly unsure if I will visit again with me and my family bc of one bad experience. Health care is so crazy these days but this experience was horrible.

My wife made an appointment they then rescheduled it a day before the appointment. then when she went to the appointment finally she got there 20 mins early she then proceeded to sit there for 50 minutes after her appointment time before they even tried to call her back to a room they told her the doctor would be in the room in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later still no doctor so we left. On top of not seeing a doctor there were dark spots on the walls so not sure how often they actually clean the rooms like they should be. Terrible establishment and such a waste of time. If I could give negative stars we would for sure. We will never be returning.

Iplease donu2019t come here if you have an emergency or anything urgent do not come here. The doctor is horrible and especially the staff. They donu2019t introduce their self You have no clue to who doing your vitals. I also heard them in the hallway talking about another patient in her care. This is horrible. Beware. Also double check to be sure theyu2019re not billing your insurance for services that was not completed. Also, thereu2019s a man that works there heu2019s very very rude and disrespectful and heu2019s very intimidating. Beware.
