By far the most professional, clean, and intelligent Urgent Care I have come across. Their service was great and they took the time to check if my insurance would cover it. I was seen almost immediately. The doctor was very knowledgeable. Since my visit, I had a question and when I called they were extremely helpful and nice. I highly recommend!

I had an appointment last Friday at 11am. Showed up and the place was closed. I didnu2019t even get an email or a phone call saying they were gonna be closed that day. I kept calling back ever since to reschedule and no one has answered the phone. I even went back once this week and it was closed. I emailed them no once responded!! I mean what kind of urgent care doesnu2019t answer their phone??? I just want to know if this place is closed so i donu2019t have to keep coming or calling and getting ignored every single time.

I would highly recommend Citi-MD Urgent Care. They really do care about their patients. The doctors are very experienced and want to make sure you are feeling well.

I was excited to finally be able to use this place as it is so close to my house. Showed up at 8:20am on a Thursday and the doors were locked and no answer on the phone. Make sure you call before you show up.
