Genuinely the worst medical experience I have ever had. Somewhat decent for quick urgent care visit. Avoid Primary care here unless you want to be hospitalized.nnEdmund Li, who works at this location is one of the worst physicians I have worked with in my 38 years of life. Compassionate care does not exist for this individual, he literally does not care how you feel or what happens when you walk out of his office, he will also openly ignore you.nnLoaded me up with tons of medications that did not help whatsoever, and he refused to follow up, which did indeed directly lead to my hospitalization.nnI would like Take a moment to commend a few of the NP's and medical assistants that work in the office as they have often be very pleasant to work with and do their job to the best of their ability, with the resources they have available.nnAside from that Dr Li, Dr Singh and whoever they directly report to should be reported to the Medical Board of California.nnFront desk staff will openly ignore you. They started screening my phone calls at one point, I called 8 times in 1 week and left 4 voicemails, all which were clear and concise, respectful and professional, requesting nothing but a simple return phone call. Had to call the billing department to escalate the lack of communication, then caught the front desk staff red handed screening and ignoring my calls, as once it was escalated, I was asked to call back one more time, and they picked up on the first ring.nnI also filed direct complaints with an individual that claimed to be the Clinic Manger of this location and never received any follow up whatsoever.nnWorst part of this whole situation? Zero accountability from anyone that represents Carbon Health at ANY LEVEL. Highly concerning from and professional standpoint. From the standpoint of a facility that offers medical care - simply unacceptable.

Never fun to feel rotten when on vacation! I was hesitant to spend time at a clinic, but fortunately this Carbon clinic was only a couple blocks away from the pho restaurant I wanted to visit for lunch. So, stopped in for an appointment. Took no time at all! The front desk person was fast, friendly, and efficient, and Rachel and I had a quick appointment, resulting in a few prescriptions. I was in and out of there in a flash. Best of all, I got to enjoy a delicious bowl of pho A couple blocks away!

This was my first time going to Carbon Health. I made an appointment easily the night before for a rash / skin infection. Everyone was friendly, and my appointment was on time. Katy was very nice and helpful in helping understand my skin issue. I was in and out in 30 mins with clear next steps. I would definitely recommend and go back again.
